Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving in a wide variety of leadership roles in both technical and executive leadership roles. Some of these included leadership roles in non-profits such as Utah State University and Space Dynamics Lab, where I lead teams building and flying systems on the Space Shuttle and NASA’s Reduced Gravity Research Program. Other’s included for profit companies each leading their respective fields through cutting edge technologies such as VPI, GoCode, and ZapCode.I bring broad experience as an executive throughout the lifecycle of a company with the ability to adapt practices, process and philosophy to meet the needs of the company at the company’s specific stage. My in-depth, hands on experience into most functional areas of the business and a tenacious tendency to “roll my sleeves up” and dive into a problem as a contributing member of a functional team, working side-by-side with team members on whatever direct challenges are facing the company tends to make me highly appreciated by my team members and help tackle challenging problems allowing the company to move forward towards its goals!I believe people are a company’s greatest asset and I am committed to making an organization a place where people feel they belong, learn and grow, and are able to innovate. My approach with the staff is to be objective and gather the opinions of others before making decisions. Always striving to build teams comprised of the industry’s best talent.
