ABOUT TAVAGHN MONTS

From mentoring young leaders to building community programs, my work is rooted in the belief that every person deserves the chance to succeed—no permission required.As the Executive Director of Momentum Bike Clubs, I champion youth development, leadership growth, and community impact. My work focuses on creating environments where young people are supported, valued, and given opportunities to reach their full potential. Through speaking engagements, mentorship, and advocacy, I collaborate with organizations and leaders to cultivate strong, connected communities.Leading workshops and panels that challenge perspectives and inspire action has been a rewarding extension of my career. I’ve had the opportunity to facilitate and speak at regional and national conferences and convenings, and my work has been recognized for its impact on leadership and youth development. I value authentic connection, continuous learning, and the power of bringing people together to create lasting change.In addition to leading Momentum Bike Clubs, my work centers on building people-centered systems that help young people and communities thrive.
