ABOUT TINA METZGER

I’m a systems and operations professional who loves helping people work smarter, feel supported, and make a real difference. I’ve built my career around improving processes, launching useful tools, and making complex systems easier for everyone to navigate. Whether I’m leading a software rollout, building Power BI dashboards, or training new users, I always focus on the people side of the work. I currently manage enterprise systems and cross-functional projects for a multi-state nonprofit supporting thousands of employees. I partner with HR, IT, and operations to implement tools like Zoho, Cobblestone, Avatar, and Famcare, and help teams use data to work more effectively. I’m known for raising my hand for special projects, and I voluntarily lead our wellness committee to support health and connection across the organization. Health and community matter to me — both in and out of work. I believe systems should make life easier, not harder, and that strong collaboration can transform even the most complex projects. I’m currently pursuing my PMP certification to deepen my skills in structured project planning and delivery.
