I initiated and led the rebuilding of the apprenticeship and high school internship program, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of youth and young adults seeking economic mobility. Additionally, I successfully raised over to expand our internship program, contributing to its growth and impact. My efforts also involved developing farm, food, and nature-based pathways that effectively connect program participants to employment or college opportunities. Collaborating with the leadership team, I played a key role in strategizing and implementing initiatives that enhance youth experiences and foster community engagement.
