   Lead new client programs and provide essential functions including operations, marketing strategy, sales, employee onboarding, and training for a premiere event marketing company. Fully produced a person, one-day outdoor event. Attendance more than doubled YoY and finished an average of 8% below budget each year since I got involved. Managed the Experiential Marketing program for 2 major clients, Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Kaiser Permanente, each with 2-3 active projects. Created a one-month pilot training program for a client that turned into a 2-year contract resulting in $1.1 million in additional revenue. Rebuilt planning and execution for a person event that led to a 24% increase in NPS and expansion from one domestic event to three international events. Onboarded an ongoing team of 20 to support experiential events with various clients. Developed an 18-month promotional tour, spanning 35 cities, reaching consumers and creating 84% retention as a result. Ensured programs stayed 5% under budget while improving overall impact and performance. Increased brand awareness while launching detailed marketing campaigns for established brands and startups. Consulted with company since 2012 on a part-time project basis, and joined full-time in 2022.
