   Highlights include: Conducted a five day jury trial as second-chair trial counsel defending a Mississippi based construction company. Plaintiff alleged severe injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident, including undergoing neck fusion surgery and knee surgery with a planned future back surgery. Plaintiff demanded that the jury return a multi-million dollar dollar verdict. After closing arguments, the jury returned a defense verdict and awarded no damages.Successfully first-chaired a trial, and secured a directed verdict, for a Texas crematorium accused of multiple contractual and statutory violations Represented multiple emergency services districts in construction defect claims against general contractors and facilitated favorable settlements for each district Defended nationwide furniture manufacturer on a products liability suit and facilitated settlement negotiations resulting in favorable settlement for client Negotiated favorable settlement for transportation and freight logistics company in catastrophic accident and wrongful death suit.
