   Digitize and maintain Military & Commercial Aerospace Team Improvement Boards for Engineering to surface metrics and track improvements across Safety, Customer Experience, Profitable Growth, Financial Performance, and Engagement. Lead cross-functional collaboration across people, technology, and environments to deliver data-driven solutions. Manage and develop robust data solutions that meet availability, completeness, accuracy, and enterprise protection standards. Assemble large, complex datasets that satisfy functional, non-functional, and data-governance requirements. Build and operate ETL/ELT and real-time data pipelines, and integrate diverse sources for optimal extraction and transformation. Deploy enterprise solutions across on‑prem and cloud platforms with scale, supportability, and reusability as design priorities. Design, engineer, and orchestrate AI/ML workflows and data orchestration to generate operational insights. Implement RPA (UiPath) and automation to reduce manual work and improve data quality and throughput. Translate manufacturing business needs into clear functional and technical specifications and technical documentation (flowcharts, lineage, metadata). Create user, operational, and training documentation; define, track, and report KPIs and dashboards (Power BI and other front-end visualizations). Monitor systems, interfaces, and batch jobs; provide L2 production support and coordinate fixes with vendors and development teams. Govern master data and enforce export compliance, security, and data-protection requirements across systems and processes. Apply kaizen, lean, 5S, Agile, and other continuous-improvement practices to increase efficiency, predictability, and adoption. Conduct process analysis and cost–benefit assessments to prioritize initiatives and demonstrate business value.
