About Tim Luscombe

I thrive as a snr project manager, health and safety manager and a training manger in a productive environment were there is constant striving for improvement. The quality control and special inspections field is constantly evolving as more complex projects are constructed and testing processes refined. Working on multiple concurrent airfield, infrastructure and building projects, allows me to work in multiple facets of construction where my strong understanding of resource logistics including daily to long term resource scheduling and the influence of reporting on project quality and data performance is essential. Goal of creating a working environment where efficiency can co-exist with safety while striving to improve quality through strategic training.
