Focused on method of payments, platform performance, and a reduction of overpayments. Saved the client 45+ hours / week of manual payroll intervention. By the end of the project the Company reported nearly 50% less overpayment claims to settle. Beverage Retailer & Wholesaler - Canada - Business Process Consultant:Led team that implemented a full end-to-end Workforce Management (WFM) modernization project that impacted ~7500 end-users. Gathered all current state requirements and translated them into a new automated and real-time platform for in-store management which helped the employee base move from “clipboards to cell phones”. In parallel, centralized all budget and labor controls across ~667 sites and 4 distribution centers to better predict costs and provide more efficient reaction to the ever-changing local and state regulations. Major Tier 1 Grocer – North America - WFM Solution Architect:Conducted on-site deep dive sessions with client’s IT team and end users to understand and quantify the current and future state business/IT strategy. In 7 months, implemented a reimagined end-to-end employee experience via an employee self-service mobile platform. This major operating model change and updated business/IT strategy has been crucial to maintaining cohesive operations and increased employee autonomy in their drive to be an employer of choice in the competitive grocery industry.
