With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, I am a passionate and visionary leader who strives to improve the quality of life for patients and families with serious illnesses. I have a master\'s degree in health administration from Johns Hopkins University, and a deep expertise in healthcare management, public policy, and hospice and palliative care. As the Chief Executive Officer of Sonder Hospice & Palliative Care, I am responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and growth of the organization, which serves Central Texas with compassion and excellence.Prior to joining Sonder Hospice, I was the Chief Operating Officer of Imperium Health, one of the top ACO management companies in the country. There, I led the development and execution of Imperium\'s value-based care strategy, which aligned with over 12,800 providers and 145 hospitals, and enhanced care for approximately members. I also managed the business development, contracting, operations, and performance of Imperium\'s 30 ACOs across 21 states, which managed in excess of $4.2 billion in Medicare annual spend. I leveraged my skills in healthcare, public policy, and hospitals to promote high quality care and responsible stewardship of health care funds.
