ABOUT TIFFANY LEMONS

First and foremost, I love assisting people and organizations in being the best they can be. To accomplish this, I focus on understanding the root cause of an issue, building trust, leveraging strengths, and facilitating cooperative strategy building to effect change. I am experienced in conflict resolution and mediation, performance management best practices, building and enhancing teams, and strategic planning. I am currently the director of talent and organizational development for Indiana University and have a demonstrated history in coaching, instructional design, training and development, and leading teams. Before my current role, I worked in a senior leadership position in a large youth development nonprofit. The combination of these roles has allowed me to merge practical leadership skills and experience with research-based knowledge to create a holistic understanding of leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
