   Responsible for ITIL-based Change and Release Management process governance and oversight. Supported effort to transition from Waterfall to Agile/Scrum Framework by guiding the implementation of a program-wide effort to streamline release planning and implement the ServiceNow Release Management module. This effort included establishing Release Schedules for all Products. Developed and manage ITIL-based Change Management policies, processes and procedures ensuring authorized changes are implemented in the Healthcare Integrated General Ledger Accounting System (HIGLAS). Re-engineered the Change Management policies and process to integrate with the Agile/Scrum framework. Coordinate and facilitate weekly Change Advisory Board meetings. Provide Change Management process and control walkthroughs to assist in validating design effectiveness of IT and internal audit controls. Serve as an advocate for release and change management policies across the program and assist teams with adoption. Support the design, implementation and management of team processes to continuously improve performance and meet over all objectives. Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management. Willingness to support and execute the current change, release and deployment model in parallel to developing automation of the processes. Additionally responsible for Communications Planning: Developed communications plan to support transition of IT services in alignment with the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
