Hold the accountable to achieve their goals and performance expectations, and provides regular and meaningful feedback to direct reports and coworkers •Ensure that the team is delivering on the quality of data accuracy and compliance by creating and monitoring schedule of audits for data accuracy, completion, integrity, performing sign-off on weekly, pay period, monthly and/or quarterly auditing processes, and establishing and monitoring onboarding compliance processes (i.e, I-9s, personal information, etc.) •Participate on the People Operations leadership team and support overall objectives including providing input and feedback to the People Solutions team on common issues, metrics, and trends, partnering with segment P&O and business leadership to ensure internal client needs are being met, and monitoring and delivering regular reporting on performance versus service level agreements. •Stay informed of key Human Resources issues/events and policy changes that impact how the team responds inquiries and provide relevant training for the team on these changes, as well as ensuring that policy documents are kept up to date
