Company Description BLK Girl Space is a supportive community based in Milwaukee, WI, dedicated to empowering black women to improve their relationships with themselves and others through self-development skills like effective communication, accountability, and self-awareness. We believe in healing, patience, and fostering authentic connections for black women to thrive. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Founder at BLK Girl Space. The Founder will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the community, developing and implementing strategies to support black women, organizing events and workshops, and fostering relationships within the community. Some remote work is acceptable.
