   As a VP-Network Engineering, I deliver visionary direction for overseeing validation, specification, and implementation of customer services throughout the delivery life cycle with keen focus on maintaining high quality standards and achieving maximum client satisfaction. My primary focus is to drive continuous process improvement and achieve higher level of productivity and for achieving this goal, I developed and led strategic IT initiatives consistently. I design strategic roadmaps and execute effective policies/procedures to continually improve overall infrastructure, ensuring seamless flow of critical functions across the organization. Furthermore, I lead and oversee entire lifecycle of delivery process as well as ensure seamless support to clients for resolving technical issues in prompt and efficient manner. Key Achievements- Established consistent liaison with PMO (project management office), administered projects’ cost, and allocated/utilized necessary resources to ensure completion of large-scale projects within restricted timeline and budgetary constraints- Spearheaded end-to-end transitioning of 176 locations from T1 MPLS to Ethernet MPLS design that involved verification testing of overall failover and application testing- Directed technical teams for successful deployment of wireless capabilities across all NYL offices- Maintained collaborative leadership style to boost teams’ morale, while delivering seamless guidance/support to resolve issues regarding multiple implementations.
