Managed financials through forecasting, planning, and billing for Samsung\'s multi-billion dollar semiconductor expansion.• Served as Rosendin’s primary face and negotiator with Samsung, SECAI, and SAS.• Currently focused on landing new, highly technical scopes with SAS for EUV tool hook-up and preconstruction. This is the ultra-high-cost stuff that defines the future of semiconductor manufacturing.• Managed the full lifecycle from napkin math (estimating) to final budget, making sure the project stayed profitable while constantly updating the financial reports.• Proactively identified and removed potential risks and construction challenges before they became expensive disasters. Saved a ton of rework and, more importantly, kept the job site safe.• Coordinated the early work on a massive 38MW data center (part of a 600MW campus). This required a deep dive into the complex mission-critical infrastructure needed to run modern data infrastructure.
