In 2015 TK Kerstetter started Boardroom Resources and launched a webshow titled \"Inside America\'s Boardrooms\" which was an offshoot of his previous show \"This Week in the Boardroom\" filmed at the New York Stock Exchange. At year end 2017, Diligent, the board portal and Modern Governance Solutions company acquired his company Boardroom Resources. Recently Diligent and Kerstetter made a global push and launched \"Inside Europe\'s Boardrooms\" and \"Inside Australia\'s Boardrooms\" which TK also hosts. I am still helping Diligent develop governance and AI solutions so boards and C-suites can be the best they can be!Update: After 15 years of producing and hosting my board show (730+ shows), I hosted my last official show and said goodby to a job and topic I got great joy being involved with. It was an amazing run and thanks to all who made this phase of my career an amazing experience. I hope I gave as much as I got! Kerstetter served as chairman of NYSE Governance Services form 20••••15 after he and partners sold the NYSE Corporate Board Member, a governance and boardroom publishing and events business.A graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program, he previously served as president and director of the $2 billion publicly-held Wilmington Savings Fund Society spanning a 20 year banking career. TK has been named one of IUP\'s Distinguished Alumni and was inducted into it\'s Sports Hall of Fame.
