Current multi-year program lead (second project engagement with prior client) to oversee all BURA transformation and infrastructure projects for large banking client globally (US / UK / APAC). Also oversee all ITSM for all NAS, SAN and CAS migrations in the US- Facilitated VxRail installation and implementation project for large banking and insurance client in the US (shorter engagement)- 4+ year project with large financial and insurance client. Facilitated all NAS migration / transformation for entire organization globally (US / UK / APAC / Japan). Successfully completed BURA transformation for same client as a project lead and was part of the team that successfully facilitated SAN transformation. Also led two separate BURA and SAN project initiatives for Japan- 3+ year project with large banking client - was lead project manager for multi-year BURA (BaaS) transformation project for all US data centers that encompassed hundreds of backup devices and tens of thousands of backup clients. Project was successfully completed.
