ABOUT TANUJ SAXENA

I am a Senior Product Specialist with close to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in various global organizations like Deloitte (USI, CA, Global) and JP Morgan & Chase. Currently I am working as a Senior Product Specialist working on AvePoint product onboarding for all 150+ Deloitte Member Firms globally. My BA experience involves - • Conducting requirements elicitation sessions through interviews, focus groups, surveys etc. • Designing Business Requirements (BRD) document, Functional Requirements Document (FRD). • Designing Use Cases, User Stories, Task Flows, Application Maps, Business Context diagram, and Product Decomposition diagram. • Managing Azure DevOps Dashboard with updating Objectives, User Stories, Features and Tasks for product delivery team. • Conducting SCRUM meetings and facilitating all SAFe SCRUM ceremonies, iteration planning meetings in strict adherence to SAFe Agile framework. • Current State and Future State process mapping using BPMN/UML annotation technique. • Deigning UI/UX and wireframing on Figma/Adobe XD tools for mobile/web applications. • Designing Data flow maps and ERD diagrams from complex database systems. • Building test cases, scenarios and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), SIT (System integration Testing) sessions. My work experience in previous organizations involves Knowledge Management, Content Management, and Internal Communications Management projects. I also have experience in designing intranet websites, internal applications based on SharePoint and Confluence platforms, website metrics report, newsletters etc. I am always looking for opportunities to improve my skillset and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of Product Management, UI/UX, Business Analysis and IT Project Management. Professionally, my peers/colleagues/professors would describe me as a fun-loving, collaborative individual who never shies away from responsibilities and always meet strict project deadlines.
