I currently serve as the Integrated Security & Protective Services Section Manager at WSSC Water, where I lead a team responsible for physical security systems, guard force operations, investigations, and compliance for one of the largest water utilities in the country. With 20+ years of experience in security and law enforcement—including 12 years of honorable service in the U.S. Air Force—I’ve built a career rooted in leadership, accountability, and protecting people and critical infrastructure.My work has taken me around the world, including Japan, Turkey, Italy, Africa, and Iraq, which strengthened my cultural awareness and ability to adapt under pressure. I hold a B.S. in Business from the University of Phoenix and an A.A. in Criminal Justice from the Community College of the Air Force.I’m passionate about mentorship and professional development, and I believe in preparing the next generation of security professionals to lead with integrity and purpose.
