I began my career in digital, developing websites for small businesses and helping them establish a strong online presence. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for a transition into the NHS, where I contributed to the delivery of national IT programmes, including the implementation of Choose and Book.As my career progressed, I took on increasingly complex projects, moving into primary care to lead the delivery of digital services across Sussex. This role deepened my understanding of healthcare systems and the potential of technology to transform patient outcomes and streamline operations.After a short tenure with the local authority, I returned to the NHS in a senior leadership role, driving the development and implementation of digital strategy across the Sussex region. My focus has increasingly shifted towards leveraging emerging technologies—particularly AI—to improve service delivery, enhance productivity, and enable more data-driven decision making across health and care systems.I’m passionate about harnessing digital innovation to solve real-world problems, and I thrive in environments where technology, strategy, and human impact intersect.
