Roll-Up / Platform Consolidations• Target Sectors: Specialty contracting, industrial services, healthcare, manufacturing, fragmented industries• Characteristics: Proven platform operators executing acquisition roll-ups• Structure: Platform equity with acquisition financing (senior debt, unitranche, structured equity, royalties, revenue share)• Use of Proceeds: Acquisitions, buy-and-build growth, generational transitions3.
