I find myself in a unique position - to construct better governance and architecture, deliver results, and to bring provable value. to bureaucracies and large orgs. Seems rather strange that you would often find disorganization and unrealized value in such environments, but it\'s more than true. To be more specific about what I do: I advise senior IT/Ops/ITOM leadership on strategies and processes to optimize Observability and the tools used therein. I design and then build results as needed. I improve process and governance. I also help organizations streamline (and then better visualize) the performance indicators and behaviors of the systems and assets under their care. My clientele are mostly governmental organizations whose systems require clearance to even see, but along with my employer, I happily and equally engage with private industry as well.
