After vacationing in Myrtle Beach for many years my family moved to South Carolina in 2018, eleven months later we purchased our own home right here in Myrtle Beach. My knowledge along with my own recent life experience of moving from out of state and purchasing a home has provided me with the valuable skills that are used daily in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings.I am fluent in both the English and Portuguese languages and am often described as detail-oriented, proactive, professional, outgoing, and friendly. I made the move to make my dream come true, and now I look forward to helping buyers and sellers in making their dreams come true too!
