Loyalty, is fundamental when managing and creating a well disciplined atmosphere. I am results driven, and use metrics and statistics to address and resolve challenges I face daily. In a work setting I use my experience in applied organization psychology to navigate even the most challenging Human Resource projects. This directly correlates with my love for problem solving.
