I’m a builder at heart, first in venture-backed tech and now on Main Street.After 13 years scaling Zagster from idea to eight-figure revenue (raising $40M, launching 250+ micromobility programs, and steering it to an exit), I stepped back to rethink where I could have the biggest impact. That search led me to Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA). I bought We Rent Copiers using an SBA 7(a) loan, modernized its operations and sales, then hired a new CEO so the company could keep growing without me.Today I’m Co-Founder & COO of Shareholder Ventures (SHV), a leading firm in the ETA space. We help searchers acquire and grow SMBs through three pillars: the Acquisition Lab accelerator, our $20M fund, and our SMB Edge portfolio services team.
