I am a technical leader who believes that exceptional games are built on foundations of clean, maintainable code. With over a decade of experience in mobile games development, I have progressed from a hands-on developer to a technical leader who combines deep architectural expertise with strategic vision.Throughout my career, I have championed robust architecture and sustainable development practices whilst leading teams to deliver successful free-to-play mobile titles. My approach combines technical excellence with pragmatic problem-solving, whether I\'m architecting cloud infrastructure, optimising development workflows, or mentoring team members to reach their full potential.My technical foundation in Unity and.NET APIs is complemented by proven expertise in cloud services and live operations. I have designed and implemented scalable systems using AWS services to power real-time multiplayer experiences, whilst building robust analytics and monetisation frameworks that drive business success. One of my proudest achievements was leading the technical development of Stick Cricket Live, where we went from concept to market in just 6 months, focusing on clean architecture and core functionality. This enabled us to rapidly iterate post-launch on live ops and monetisation features leading to category-leading metrics in retention, engagement and monetisation.Beyond delivering successful products, I have regularly spoken at Unite conferences, sharing insights on topics ranging from custom animation and tooling systems to blockchain integration and multiplayer architecture.Currently, I am focused on optimising live operations and content delivery systems whilst continuing to advocate for engineering excellence that enhances both player experience and developer productivity. I thrive on challenges that push technical boundaries whilst delivering measurable business value.
