My duties include assisting the talent acquisition team with new hires and their onboarding tasks. These tasks include actions such as introducing the new hire to company, dispatching and retrieving all new hire paperwork, answering and assisting new hires with questions and concerns they have daily until and after their hire date as well as other various administrative duties that the hiring process calls for.It\'s a key function that the onboarding partner acts as a liaison between HR management and recruitment, the hiring manager and the talent. It is also the onboarding partners responsibility to support the hiring manager with the onboarding tasks that they have for the talent, so no detail is omitted, and the talent has a smooth and speedy onboarding process
