In an increasingly noisy digital world, I firmly believe differentiation lies in creating digital products and campaigns that are designed with people in mind. The key to business success and customer loyalty lies in developing a product that end users WANT to engage with because it\'s easy, non-invasive, and (possibly more importantly) fun. This could mean eliminating jargon in lieu of natural language, bringing a brand personality to life with vibrant copy, or simply adding small moments of fun in success messages and UX copy. With this in mind, it is my mission to constantly remind myself, my teammates, and my clients that on the other end of the screen is a living, breathing, feeling person, regardless of industry.
