Drive company’s journey to have a more inclusive culture, through data analysis and project management of diversity, equity and inclusion focused initiatives- In partnership with Talent Acquisition team, I led a group of 16 colleagues to two diversity-focused career expos where we engaged over 450 candidates, later resulting in multiple diverse hires- Project Manager of first internal in-person 3-day black leadership summit focused on development and engagement with executive leadership team leading to increased retention of more than 90% of top black executives and maintaining diverse talent targets- Hosted, edited, and developed script for 3-part podcast series engaging executive leadership and spreading awareness to global internal audience on the topic of understanding equity for International Women’s Day- Led technology-forward DEI projects, such as piloting VR headsets as an immersive platform for training and working with a team to build an external site charting the organization’s racial equity progress, all in effort to improve culture and increase transparency on DEI goals- Planned and led a full day Immersion for 14 sophomore grade Thurgood Marshall College Fund scholars where we provided them learnings on leadership, presentations, licensing, Mondelez functions and how our products are made, all for professional development- Trend analysis on diverse talent population, on topics like attrition, hiring rates, headcount and more, to discover patterns of among the talent pool, assess business impact and to drive recommendations to shift trends to positive direction- Multi-year production and execution support of the internal DEI Impact Awards, a employee recognition program and awards ceremony meant to continue to foster a culture of inclusion. Efforts included ownership of nominations campaign and creative design, on-site ceremony planning, facilities coordination and promotion support.
