Experience Design & Facilitation- Design, lead, and organize interactive and engaging experiential activities with local partners and organization which deepen and expand on student learning in the classroom and help students connect with the local community- Oversee weekly community programs to connect students through culture, provide a space for students to tell their personal stories, and promote well-being (with RLM)- Facilitate experiences and discussions relevant to the Integrated Learning course- Support the Partnership and Events Manager to produce Civitas & Symposium, two class-wide events that connect students and local partners & showcase end of year learning, respectively- Support experiences, programs, and initiatives offered by the team, with particular support for Milestone Events and Civic Engagement events- Run the mid-semester student feedback session, the Pulse Survey, to gather insight from students’ lived experiences to assess the efficacy of programs, initiatives, and support measures
