I’ve spent my career working around critical infrastructure (bridges, towers, tanks, and industrial coatings) where small details matter and conditions change over time. That background helps me recognize visible condition indicators and document them clearly during inspection.Today I perform independent internal inspections of fire protection water storage tanks. My role is to provide clear documentation of observable internal conditions so facility teams, engineers, and maintenance contractors have accurate information when planning maintenance or recordkeeping.Assure Fire Solutions focuses on in-service internal visual inspections using remotely operated equipment (ROV) and dry entry when appropriate. We document observed conditions, note visible deficiencies, and reference applicable inspection guidance so owners understand what is present inside their tank without interrupting fire protection service.My goal is simple, provide objective, understandable information so owners have visibility into assets that are normally out of sight.Outside of work, I’m focused on family and the simple things like time with my wife and kids, being outdoors, and trying to build something meaningful for the people who count on me.

   I perform internal visual inspections and condition documentation for fire protection water storage tanks, potable towers, and dual-use systems. The work focuses on identifying and documenting observable internal conditions that are not visible during exterior inspection.Typical responsibilities include:• Performing internal inspections using remotely operated vehicles (ROV) and dry entry where appropriate• Documenting observed internal conditions, components, coatings, and sediment• Noting visible deficiencies or impairments affecting system function• Referencing applicable NFPA 25 inspection guidance within reports• Providing photographic and video documentation for owner recordsAs the founder, I also develop our operational procedures, reporting format, and quality control processes so inspections are consistent and clearly documented.We do not perform repairs or maintenance. Our reports are used by owners, engineers, and contractors as documentation to support maintenance planning, recordkeeping, and follow-up evaluation when necessary.Whether a facility needs baseline documentation, inspection records, or visibility into a tank that has not been internally evaluated, our role is to provide clear and organized inspection documentation of what was observed at the time of inspection.
