I am a Chartered Accountant qualified in May\'24. On my work front, before my CA articleship, I had worked for a brief period with a Book-tech startup ZebraLeran where we created books on finance by breaking down complex topics into interactive manner. I have a solid foundation in taxation, litigation, and startup advisory, honed through my role as an Article Assistant at Rasesh Shah & Co. Over the past three years, I\'ve prepared and filed numerous income tax appeals and submissions, extensively researching precedents and case laws for over 100 assessment orders and it further involved client facing work such as understanding the nuances of the cases, visiting IT department and assisting principal during ITAT hearings. In addition to my tax experience, I\'ve spearheaded statutory and tax audits for listed and unlisted companies. I also have significant experience in startup advisory, assisting early-stage startups with registration, tax exemptions, and funding processes. This included preparing pitch decks, financial modeling reports, and valuation reports using DCF methods. My role in the core team of a Legal-Tech Startup allowed me to develop and test an AI tool for legal research, reflecting my adaptability and eagerness to embrace technological advancements in the field. Beyond my professional skills, I am proficient in Canva, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and have basic prompt engineering skills for ChatGPT. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, strumming and singing along with my guitar and watching good cinema.
