My practice focuses on helping clients navigate complex nuclear regulatory challenges. Prior to joining the firm, I spent almost 20 years at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission where I supervised projects related to rulemaking, operating reactor regulation (including initial and subsequent license renewal), nuclear materials and Agreement States, the nuclear fuel cycle, continued storage of used nuclear fuel, interactions with Congress, international law, federal ethics and information law (including the implementation of large language models in government and by regulated entities).
