Her unique blend of creative strategy and business acumen serves Tish well as she guides project Development Advisory teams by identifying objectives and leading honest discussions with stakeholders, constituents, and the community. Her passion for community engagement uncovers the “True North” or Guiding Principles for each project and this tenet is the cornerstone in establishing a project’s vision and identifying its champions. Tish\'s current projects include leading engagement and project management efforts for the Seventh & Tryon redevelopment (Charlotte, NC), a complex Public/Private partnership involving the revitalization of a catalytic Uptown multi-block parcel in Uptown. Tish also served as stakeholder and community outreach manager for The Stitch, an exciting Central Atlanta Progress/Atlanta Downtown Improvement District project.
