About Letitia Tish Baggett
As a certified legal nurse consultant and life care planner, I specialize in bridging the gap between medicine and law by providing critical analysis of medical records and offering strategic insights for complex legal cases. I collaborate with attorneys to evaluate medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, toxic tort, and workplace injury cases, ensuring that each case is supported with thorough documentation and evidence-based standards. My expertise lies in organizing and interpreting medical records, identifying potential experts, integrating medical literature and guidelines into case analyses, and creating thorough life care plans. Dedicated to supporting legal teams with precision and clarity, I aim to streamline case preparation and decision-making. With a commitment to advancing medical-legal outcomes, I look forward to continuing to provide high-quality consulting services to attorneys nationwide. Let’s chat!
