Studying the core mechanisms that drive the pediatric brain cancer known as DIPG, specifically looking into epigenetics and cancer metabolism, aiming to develop treatments and cures for this tumor- Current Project: Epigenetic Remodeling through PROTAC-Mediated Degradation of CBP/p300 in H3K27M Diffuse Intrinsic Pediatric Glioma (DIPG) Cells- Perform various procedures: Western blotting, BCAs, protein lysis, histone extractions, tissue culture, etc.
