With over seven years of experience as a national head of business development and one year as a vice president of business development and projects, I have successfully led the real estate acquisitions, negotiations, and project management for multiple retail companies in India. I am currently working at Sumosave Retail Ventures Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing retail chain that offers quality products at affordable prices.My core competencies include geographic expansion, new market expansion, strategic negotiations, real estate acquisitions, project management, and relationship management. I am passionate about finding and securing viable locations for setting up hypermarkets and supermarkets in multiple cities across the country, and delivering the sites to the organization for a successful business venture. I also maintain key relationships with developers, builders, architects, contractors, lawyers, and trade intermediaries, and leverage my network and expertise in the retail industry to achieve optimal outcomes. My mission is to contribute to the growth and profitability of the retail sector in India, and to provide value to the customers, stakeholders, and communities.
