I am a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst with Northrop Grumman. My experience spans 10 years across active duty Air Force, Air Force reserves, contract and private-sector intelligence work. I’m a self-motivated, articulate, and innovative critical thinker; a proven team builder and emotional intelligence guru. Best of all, I have a can-do, positive attitude that has driven my professional development thus far and will continue to do so in my future endeavors.Over my career, I have supervised and instructed over 30 military personnel, managing, advocating for, and collaborating with my team through high-stress environments. I’ve led my fellow analysts through multi-sensor exploitation, threat and vulnerability assessment writing, trend analysis reporting, map creation software, graphic building, all-source research, & executive briefing. I\'ve worked with Army intelligence in Hawaii and trained AI models how to identify detailed imagery through remote work. I’ve obtained my Bachelor\'s in Psychology and an Associate\'s in Intelligence Studies. I also have GPC-F and IA-II certifications through NGA. I\'m passionate about Continuous Process Improvement, receiving 40-hours of Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt training, and professional development, acquiring additional HUMINT, OSINT, SIGINT, and GEOINT training. Overall, I’m a team player, choosing to lead by example and to share the burden of work with my team.
