A passionate and ever-learning IT professional with experience in Help Desk Support, Desktop Support, Device/Domain Management, Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Azure, VMWare, and many other information systems. I\'m also a United States Army veteran with a past MOS experience of 31B, Military Police. I was a NCO which allowed me to demonstrate my leadership abilities, create and exercise strategies, and assist Soldiers with personal and professional needs. I\'ve been on military operations overseas with a broadening assignment such as Protective Services. Technology was something I always done, but never in an official capacity as I do now. While in the Army National Guard, I assisted many with technological needs in an unofficial capacity. I love to learn, lead, and render solutions to problems.

As a Beyondtrust Admin supporting Deloitte’s federal cybersecurity initiatives, I’m responsible for securing and sustaining a Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment within a DoD enterprise. My role bridges system administration, cybersecurity compliance, and privileged identity governance across on-prem and cloud infrastructures.Key Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain the BeyondTrust PAM platform, including configuration, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting • Manage privileged accounts, credentials, and role-based access controls to enforce least-privilege principles • Support the integration of BeyondTrust PAM into Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) • Perform account provisioning, access reviews, and log analysis to ensure audit readiness and security compliance • Apply DoD security frameworks such as STIGs, SRGs, and RMF controls to maintain system hardening standards • Respond to cybersecurity incidents and privileged access audit requests • Document SOPs, system changes, and technical procedures for internal knowledge management
