Directing quality technicians in performance of inspections, quality control plans and corrective actions.\\\\n Working with Production Department to identify required manpower and accordingly hire and train employees for manufacturing, quality, shipping/receiving and procurement.\\\\n Performed Capacity Analysis based on manufacturing processes done in house to meet aggressive scale up plans, Make vs Buy analysis, Return on Investment Analysis to appropriately buy Capex equipment for the Concord facility.\\\\n Planned out an optimized facility layout for Concord, MA considering key factors such as process flow, distance, time, throughput, and an organized flow.\\\\n Responsible for leading the transition from current ERP system i.e, Visual to Avante, KPMG inventory audit at EOY and ensure the engineering BOM is accurate.\\\\n Maintaining and tracking Costed BOM for 1 MW electrolyzer based on updated vendor quotes, working on reducing electrolyzer stack cost by 50% till 2023.\\\\n Leading a team of 16 members from manufacturing, design, production, R&D to plan New Product Introduction for Allagash 1 MW PEM Stack and allocating task to each team member to follow up on bi-weekly progress.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
