Creative Access is a social enterprise that supports individuals who are historically under-represented in the creative industries throughout the UK.Working with some of the UK’s most successful creative firms, we provide a range of services including career support programmes, paid internships and employer training.In my role, I manage the following programmes- Thrive career development programme for mid-senior level creatives. This cross-sectoral programme provides training, mentoring and networking to help creative professionals progress their career- Creative Access Career Development Bursary which aims to breakdown financial barriers facing under-represented talent when it comes to breaking in to or progressing their creative careers- Board leadership programme to improve representation of historically under-represented talent at non-executive and trustee level in the creative and non profit organisations
