I help media, publishing, broadcasting, and gaming companies figure out their hardest cloud and AI problems. That might be migrating petabytes of content at a fraction of the expected cost, building LLM-powered platforms that actually make it into production, or working out what AI can realistically do for a business that\'s still 90% on-premise.I started at AWS in Cloud Support, building hands-on depth with compute, containers, and Kubernetes before moving into a customer-facing architecture role. That background still shapes how I work. I\'m comfortable in a strategic architecture conversation with a CTO and equally comfortable in the weeds with an engineering team.My recent work has been at the intersection of enterprise cloud and applied AI. I\'ve architected search and content platforms on Bedrock, OpenSearch, and EKS that are now in production across editorial and advertising teams, led large-scale media migration programmes up to $10M+, and led the adoption of Amazon Quick Suite across the UK Media and Entertainment vertical.Outside of customer work, I contribute to the AWS Cloud Operations, Cloud Governance, and AI/ML Technical Field Communities, speak at AWS events, publish on the AWS blog, and mentor early-career technologists through the Women in Cloud programme.
