About Ting Wang
Ting Wang advises Chinese and multinational clients on corporate matters including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings in Hong Kong and New York, joint ventures in the entertainment and theme park industry, as well as private equity transactions. In addition, he represents corporate clients in the resolution of complex cross-border disputes through arbitration (Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC)) and litigation, especially the coordination of strategy across multiple jurisdictions (Hong Kong, Mainland China, U.S. state and federal courts).
