I\'ve manage the daily operations and financial performance of diverse portfolios including commercial properties, medical office, and industrial buildings all across the country. I have over eleven years of experience in the real estate industry, and I hold a Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification, one of the highest level of professional recognition in the field. I also hold an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM) certification, as well as an IREM Skill Badge in Budgeting and Accounting and one in Customer Service and Loyalty. I\'m a receiptient of the 2024 global REME Award for ACoM of the Year as well.My core competencies include leadership, communication, financial skills, and customer service, which enable me to effectively manage tenant relations, coordinate maintenance and repairs, review lease agreements and reports, and prepare important budgeting reports for my portfolio. I am also proficient in Danish, which gives me an edge in communicating with international clients and partners.
