Previously, was the Vice President of Operations for the West Coast with LMC with a pipeline of over units in lease-up, pre-development or under contract. My responsibilities included operational oversight of the Company’s entire multifamily portfolio, consisting of 11,500 apartment homes and over 300 residential team members. Previous leadership roles included a President role at Monarch Group, a local Developer in San Diego. Starting the Management Company from the ground up as we developed our own portfolio of 1,100 luxury apartments and then launching a Fee Management division adding over units in 15 months highlighted my 15 year career with Monarch Group.
