ABOUT TINA WEISSER
I support leaders and organizations in navigating change and shaping the future by designing targeted interventions that strengthen leadership, decision-making, and collaboration in executive, real, and human-agent teams. My work focuses on how humans and intelligent systems can think and decide together in ways that are responsible, effective, and human-centered.Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of digital innovation, leadership development, and systemic transformation. My work combines practical leadership experience with insights from psychology, engineering, and organizational design, always with the human at the center. My journey started early: At 24, I co-founded a startup during a global financial crisis. Leading the company through uncertainty and growth, and eventually a successful exit, taught me how to lead without a map, build resilient teams, and drive innovation under pressure. These lessons continue to shape how I support leaders today.Today, I design and deliver tailored leadership programs and labs that empower people and teams to lead through complexity, build future-ready cultures, and collaborate effectively with intelligent systems. Whether it\'s through short, intensive sprints or long-term development journeys, I create spaces where learning becomes action. As a Professor for Digital Service Design at Munich University of Applied Sciences and Program Lead at MUC.DAI - Munich Center for Digital Science & AI - my research focuses on Human-AI collaboration and hybrid decision-making. I explore how leaders can work with AI agents, not as replacements, but as partners, in systems that remain understandable, responsible, and human-led. My core question: How do we design leadership and technology so that humans stay capable of making wise decisions - even when systems co-decide?I believe that great leadership is not about control, it’s about clarity, trust, and the ability to adapt. And that technology should augment, and not override, people to lead what’s next.
