Tina is an author, experienced leader, and certified executive coach. Her leadership coaching transforms individuals and companies, keeping them relevant as the world of work morphs every 3 months.Tina serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Frisbie Group. She is the honorary ambassador for Female Wave of Change, a Board Member of BYkids, a Member of the President\'s Council of St Thomas Acquinas College, and a Trustee of the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce. Tina was the Chief Operating Officer of the Family Office at Besicorp Services, Inc. until March 2021. Prior to that, she held the title of General Manager Operations of Nygala Corp. d.b.a. FLOMO. As President of Vision Textiles USA, Inc, Tina consulted to the company as they attempted to launch in the USA. Previously, Tina was the Global Director of an International Entrepreneurial Organisation, UnitedSucces.com. Prior to that, she was the CEO of the Businesswomen’s Association, the largest association of business and professional women in Southern Africa.Her background varies from Principal of an international teaching academy, to Chief Operating Officer of a Labour Council. Tina has successfully run four of her own businesses, two in retail, an Australian education franchise and her coaching business, Epiphany Leadership.Tina’s passion lies in imparting know-how and skills, whether it is about her love of English Literature and Theatre, her practical business advice, her effective and rewarding mentoring and coaching, her incredible cultural intelligence or her ability to share life experiences and resilience techniques.
