Hello, I’m Tina. I’m the founder and CEO of Mentessa, an expert in team culture, a workplace activist, and an author. I am passionate about transforming the workplace into a force for positive change. I believe that an organization\'s true potential lies in bringing people together to learn from one another and solve meaningful problems. Here’s what I’m dedicated to: Helping companies build a team culture rooted in collaboration and exchange through Mentessa. Leveraging the power of AI for truly personalized employee development—moving away from rigid career paths toward a learning culture that emphasizes self-responsibility and potential. Centering community and “Soft Work” in the workplace to drive innovation and sustainable success. Why is this important to me? Because the future of work is collaborative. Successful organizations empower their teams to learn and work autonomously with one another. Because having a vision and flat hierarchies alone isn’t enough. Modern work requires the right infrastructure to sustainably nurture productive, trusting relationships and foster lifelong learning. Because only within a community where everyone can and wants to contribute can we tackle the challenges of the future. What we do at Mentessa: Knowledge exchange and skill-based employee development We assist companies in breaking down knowledge silos, fostering a future-oriented and agile work culture through collaborative exchange. Team culture and employee development We support the creation of inclusive, self-driven teams where trust, transparency, and soft skills are crucial for success. ‍🤝‍ Mentoring and empowerment Through mentoring and coaching, we guide leaders and teams in transforming their work practices and establishing a culture of trust and accountability. In it, I explore the shift to “Soft Work”—moving away from traditional power structures toward a workplace that prioritizes self-determination, trust, and meaningfulness.
