About Tina Rogers

I am a life science executive with 25 years experience in early drug development in the CRO industry serving the biopharma/animal health industries and NIH and DoD: board certified toxicologist with a broad technical background including cell biology, immunology, toxicology, cell and gene therapy, sepsis, inflammation, BL-3 and select agents, flow cytometry, and predictive/in vitro toxicology. In management roles, I have been responsible for several reorganization projects that drove growth and profitability, created a business development organization, served as advisor for a joint venture (CRO) in China, and championed several acquisition processes, including 2 EU pharmaceutical companies. I have established new service lines with state of the art technologies for the analysis of protein and genomic biomarkers to support pre-clinical drug safety and efficacy studies. I serve on several boards, including not-for profit, academic, and biotech entities. I am fortunate to have cultivated a broad network of colleagues/clients within the biopharmaceutical and CRO industries in the US, Europe and China.
